🏛️ Three Ways to Vote

  • In person on Election Day — at your assigned precinct, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Anyone in line by 7 p.m. may vote.
  • Early (advance) in person — the three weeks before Election Day, including two Saturdays. Vote at any early-voting site in your county.
  • Absentee by mail — no excuse needed. Request early, return by mail, in person, or at a county drop box. Your county must receive it before polls close on Election Day.

🃏 What to Bring

Georgia requires photo ID to vote in person. Acceptable forms include:

  • Georgia driver's license (even if expired)
  • Free state-issued voter ID card
  • Valid state or federal photo ID
  • U.S. passport, military or government employee photo ID

Absentee-by-mail uses your driver's license or state ID number instead. See the official voting how-to guide.
